This top-of-the-line Pinguino Professional PAC-290 is a totally self-contained unit that moves easily from room to room. This machine is the only one on the market that cools and super-cools. Filled with water, it "super-cools" at an optimal 100 percent level (8,500 BTUs) for up to 8 hours, yet it maintains a full 88 percent of its cooling capacity (7,500 BTUs) without water for uninterrupted use.

It can be rolled around and quickly vented for portable use or installed permanently or semi-permanently anywhere with no interference to existing HVAC systems or duct work. A convenient window bracket, which adjusts to the width of any window, is included. The unit's extendable exhaust hose can also be vented through a slightly open window or door, or through a 3 1/2 inch round opening in a windowpane, wall, door or ceiling.

Pinguino's advanced technology eliminates humidity without "drip," so there is no need to empty a water condensation receptacle. The system also features an antibacterial filter that collects dust particles and prevents bacteria build-up. In addition to functioning as a fan and air purifier, Pinguino has a built-in dehumidifier, which automatically collects more than 45 pints of excess moisture from the air in 24 hours.
